While it wasn’t a huge focus (Why would it be when Sony has the next generation to think about), Sony made sure to mention the PS Vita during their E3 press conference. We may not have gotten (yet) the price drop we may have hoped for, but there was mention of quite a few upcoming titles. As far as smaller titles, we have Destiny of Spirits and Doki Doki Universe. As far as remakes go, the PS Vita will be getting remastered versions of God of War 1 and 2 HD, Final Fantasy X (1 and 2), Flower and Dead Nation. Finally, though we already knew, Killzone: Mercenary, Batman Arkham Origins: Blackgate and Tearaway are on the way.

The other big piece of Vita news comes under one huge blanket: The Walking Dead. With The Walking Dead: 400 Days coming this summer, it’s the perfect time for Sony to release a collection. The PS Vita version of The Walking Dead will have all of season 1, 400 Days, as well as some bonus content. It’s the ultimate edition for fans of Telltale’s masterpiece.

I’m still hoping for a price cut, but it seems like that’s about it for the PS Vita at this time. Stay tuned to get more updates, if there are any.
